Premier flag football league to assist clubs and coaches further develop their athletes and showcase their players’ development and game strategies

Structured competition with phased Division growth and promotion/relegation system

Boys: 8U, 10U, 12U
Girls: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, High School
Format:
5v5 flag football for most groups. 7v7 for HS Girls
Team Entry Fee:
$750
Age Cutoff:
1/1/26
Game Length:
Two 20-minute halves + 5-minute halftime
Season Length:
Varies by number of teams in each Division. Goal is to give all teams 8-9 games per season.

Phased Competition Structure

The league evolves through four development phases as participation expands. With each phase, new divisions and competitive tiers are introduced to maintain balanced, high-level play, providing teams with the best possible development opportunities.
