Vanita Krouch P4SS IT 4WARD Camps focus on position techniques and drills for
QB, WR, Center, Defense, & Rusher (flag puller)
and includes:
- - Understanding advanced flag terminology
- Application exercises including 1v1 and scrimmages
- Fun contests for campers
With a targeted 10:1 campers to coaches ratio, participating athletes benefit from personal, hands-on training. Limited to 110 campers.

Vanita Krouch
US Women's National Flag Football Team
Vanita Krouch is a veteran quarterback for the U.S. Women’s National Team and is recognized as the “Tom Brady of Flag Football.” She joined the U.S. National Team in 2016 and was inducted into the National Flag and Touch Football Hall Fame that same year. Since then, Vanita earned 4 IFAF Medals, a Silver medal at the 2022 World Games, starred in two Super Bowl commercials, coached as the offensive coordinator for the 2023 NFC Pro Bowl team, starred in the 2025 USA Football documentary Champions Rising, started her own philanthropy, and is currently training for the 2028 Olympics where flag football will make its debut.
